Imagination Library of Ventura County (ILVC) is the local Dolly Parton's Imagination Library program serving Ventura County. Ventura County Library Foundation (VCLF) is the official local affiliate of Dolly Parton's Imagination Library. VCLF works in collaboration with Ventura County Library to bring free, high-quality books to eligible children throughout Ventura County.
Dolly Parton's Imagination Library is dedicated to inspiring a love of reading by gifting free books to children from birth to age five.
