Every tax-deductible contribution to Ventura County Library Foundation designated for Imagination Library of Ventura County helps move the program closer to its funding goals and support its long-term sustainability. Please DONATE what you can.
Volunteer
Volunteers play an important role in supporting Imagination Library of Ventura County through fundraising, community outreach, events, communications, and other activities.
Collect Donations
Contact ILVC if you can solicit donations through your own network, go to local businesses and organizations, help with events or use social media.
Be an Ambassador
If you have a particular organization, area of interest, or enjoy social media, contact ILVC about being an Ambassador to promote the mission of ILVC, or perform outreach and resource sharing.
Spread the Word
If you're able to help spread the word about Imagination Library of Ventura County please share the ILVC website or flyer or contact ILVC regarding how you can help.

WHY WE NEED YOU:
PHASE I / FUNDING:
With each tax-deductible contribution, ILVC will be closer to meeting our goals as the local affiliate of Imagination Library:
- $100,000 will launch ILVC with recognition and key support from the State of California and Dolly Parton's Imagination Library
- $200,000 by the end of 2026 demonstrates sustainability and helps maintain momentum and further support.
PHASE II / REGISTRATION:
Once the $100,000 goal is reached, ILVC will start registering all residents with children ages birth to five in Ventura County, who want to receive monthly books free of charge delivered to their home.
