Dolly Parton's Imagination Library (DPIL) has designated Ventura County Library Foundation (VCLF) as their official Local Program Partner to launch and sustain Imagination Library of Ventura County (ILVC).
For Ventura County residents, and especially families and caregivers for children up to the age of five, we are working together to bring free monthly books to inspire reading and develop literacy for young children, and to help prepare them for starting school.
