As the local affiliate of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library and its program partner we serve residents of Ventura County in the State of California. Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is an international success and is the signature program of The Dollywood Foundation.
Imagination Library of VC is also partnered locally with Ventura County Library (VCL) and Ventura County Library Foundation (VCLF). VCLF is our financial administrator in Ventura, is approved by the Ventura Co. Board of Supervisors, and is a registered 501(c)(3) organization (Fed. Tax ID# 46-2770894).

To launch and exist as a local county affiliate for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library (DPIL), ILVC needs to show that it has broad county support: residents, organizations, and funding partners.
